At Common Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Your Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
